Mediterranean cuisine - the sun, the flavours of the Midi, those secret recipes from the South.

We are sure that you enjoy savouring new dishes and would like to prepare them yourselves. At the Magnanerie we organise cookery courses not just for you to learn but also to have a great time. Enjoy yourselves in a warm and friendly ambiance.


 

Your hosts, both of them chefs, will organise seven inspired cookery courses over the coming year, each course accepting a maximum of 4 participants. You are guaranteed a culinary adventure full of flavour and colour.

 

 


   
 

 

Course Programme

  The course will last two days

  The two meals of the day will be prepared in the morning.
  The students will prepare the complete meal - starter, main course and dessert

  La Magnanerie will provide everything needed - apron, utensils etc...   Each student will receive detailed recipe sheets on which they can make their own notes

  The course will include the theory and demonstration of the different
cutting techniques

  Together we shall lay the table following the french art of table
dressing and the service of wine.  The washing up during preparation
shall be done at the time; after the meals all will go into the
dishwasher

  Various visits are planned - winery, agricultural cooperative,

cheese maker - and also, depending on the dates of the course,
the saturday morning traditional Cevenol market where you will
have the opportunity to meet local producers and try their products
